There are a few things that annoy me about the game, but most deal with the aesthetics.
For instance, most lobi, reward, and C-Store ships don't offer interiors beyond the bridge... even if the ship's maps are present in one or more missions in the game. The developers already have the objects / maps, it appears that nobody wants to do an additional "if, then, else;" addition of a block or two of code.
That same complaint extends to a few other areas. For instance, when a player is doing the Klingon line, and takes a shuttlecraft to Vulcan, the shuttle is always the same one. When a player has a ship's interior with a shuttle bay, every shuttlecraft present are the standard ones, the same one as presented in the Journey to Pi'Jenn mission... regardless of what the player owns. The reason this is an easy code to insert, is that the type and customization code are already written and available in the character's Status window. How easy (and how cool!) would it be for a player to see a craft that s/he bought with EC, Dil, Zen, or effort in a mission (or cash by attaining Veteran status) when they go into their own ship's shuttle bay?
Similar topic - the player's own ship. When the player's in ESD, various ships can be seen inside the space dock. In a leveled Fleet Starbase, you can see outside the base's walls, and you can see down into the base's shuttle bay... how difficult would it be to insert the code so the player can see his / her own ship standing over watch? Again, the code for the ship is already there... in the player's Status window.
Romulan ships are the most neglected, of the standard ships... they can't even put up trophies, nor can they (for the most part) explore their ships! The maps are already in the game.
But, I guess, my biggest complaint - which is along these lines - is that the ships that people either work hard for in-game, or pay for with real money earned outside of the game, don't have interiors to warrant their price... from an aesthetic point of view.
