Any new ways coming up to get "The Doctor" bridge officer?

Hello! I very very sadly missed last November's charity promotion that would have given me "The Doctor" as a holographic bridge officer, and I never get the opportunity to attend any conventions...I was just wondering if there are or will be any other ways to get that bridge officer. I've always wished that they would start selling it in the Zen store. Since in lore it is common for ships to have a built in EMH, it's something I've always wanted for my characters
