Ever wanted to know what the asset limit would look like in a single frame? I did.
Name:
The Garden
Base:
Empty Ground Map
- Asset Limit: 558 (buildings + detailed objects)
UPDATE: For this project, it is 558.)
- Assets used: 558 (corrected - 7/16/17)
Description:
"The Garden" is not a playable map. It was made just for this one screenshot which, minus a glass wall and invisible platform, shows all 450 assets this map allows. Other maps should have higher limits, the highest I've seen being something like 700.
I could've used more props since you don't really need to worry about the limit if you don't plan to publish your mission. However, exceeding the limit wasn't the point of this particular project. I'll try that next time.
This was just to see how detailed something could get if you didn't have to worry about making it playable.

Bravo!
Notable missions: Apex [AEI], Gemini [SSF], Trident [AEI], Evolution's Smile [SSF], Transcendence
Looking for something new to play? I've started building Foundry missions again in visual novel form!
I don't suppose anyone would like to see me try something else? If so, any suggestions?
something Enterprise themed.
Looks like I'll try to make something Enterprise themed. Just need to figure out what.
Methinks I need to do a "The Garden" redux in the future.
Trouble in Trimble: An illicit Reman colony is under attack by Orion pirates. Will you defend the colony or arrest its only defender?
Paying the Price: You must protect an uncontacted pre-warp civilization from Orion slavers, without violating the Prime Directive.
The Mirror of Infinity: To save your ship, you must convince the descendants of the crew of the long-lost USS Infinity to work with their mortal enemies - their Mirror Universe counterparts. Part of the USS Infinity Foundry Roundtable Challenge.
The Tholian Tempest: A rescue mission on a Y-class world leaves the away team stranded inside a Shakespeare play while under attack by Tholians and Gorn.
The Trafalgar Paradox: A mission to locate a missing Starfleet vessel leads the away team into a mind-bending temporal paradox.
Could be. Just checked and I'm still not allowed any more objects without getting the warning. So much for the redux.
Although I did a recount and found there were actually 558 assets used and not 540. Not sure what I missed last time, nor even how they were missed.
