How come the Railgun Destablizer console isn't part of the Enhanced Defensive Systems set?

I don't get it...Cryptic obviously has no problem giving Feds set bonuses when RR or KDF doesn't have them yet can't do so when one of the red headed stepchild factions have a legitimate set?

Seems a bit like obvious favoritism them stems even beyond marketing...
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power

    I believe the practice of adding set bonuses to ship consoles below T5 actually started with the Romulan ships released with Legacy of Romulus, so to claim favouritism on this is clearly nonsense.

    However, I agree with you that it should form part of a set, and I think Cryptic should rejig the console so that it does form part of the set.
