With the Kobayashi Maru event running, it gave me an idea for a Duty officer mission.

Have your Junior officers run the infamous No-win Scenario

Disaster
Your officers panicked resulting in the almost instant destruction of the Kobayashi Maru and their ship.
Failure
Your officers completed the Scenario with average time scores
Success
Your officers quick thinking and reflexes allowed them to rank in the top ten of longest run periods for this simulation.
Critical Success
Your officers applied a very unorthodox strategy and not only saved their ship, but the Kobayashi Maru as well.
Naturally obtaining a critical success should be rare and very hard to obtain. But the Reward could be a Ultra rare Bridge officer with four superior traits. and perhaps four level three powers two for space two for ground.
