Anyone want a FED Engineering Character?

Is anyone interested in a Level 60 Federation Engineer? I'm Level 60, but I'm kind-of behind, DPS and generally Equipment-wise. I'm still on the Borg and New Romulus Episodes, and I feel like I could use some fleet weaponry to boost myself forward a little. If anyone is interested, I ALWAYS contribute in Fleet Projects, and I try to provide as much as possible. If you're not interested, or you need more details, I understand.
