BAH!

They should redo the crafting! We should be able to use dilithium for certain lockboxes! We should be able to get hold of the Red Matter Capacitor somehow, it's not fair that we miss out because we weren't around then! We should be able to see the cooldown on the dailies! ALL of the lockboxes should come back every now and then so we don't miss out! We should be able to mix and match our uniform parts! We should be able to color our ships and ground outfits with a wider range of colors! There should be more cross-faction ships/pack! The storylines should be better organised!

The RMC can be obtained from the Phoenix Prize Pack. You will need to wait until they return. All you need is a very rare prize token which is not too difficult to get unlike ultra rare and epic tokens which have tiny and extremely tiny drop rates.

There is a "View Cooldowns" button in the PVE Queue to see the daily cooldowns which also includes Event cooldowns.


You can use dilithium for lockboxes... indirectly. Trade Dil for Zen, then use Zen to buy keys. Easy. A direct use of Dil to open lockboxes? No way in hell, that messes with Cryptic's ability to make earn money which they need to pay employees and bills to keep the company afloat.
