Control Amplification

So I was doing the mouse over thing on my controls skills...However I don't seem to see "Control Amplification" mentioned on some of my control abilities for example: Tractor Beam Repulsors

I can see it on Tractor Beam and Gravity Well just not that ability.

Is this still benefiting from Control Amp or is this just a tool tip error?

    Tractor Beam Repulsors does apply Control Amplification to its targets if you have the skill.

    using keyboard and mouse the pointer is not showing and making it diffecult to play the game
