Ship weapons and consoles

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
been playing STO from start off and on, now i am wondering what are good set ups for Engineering that i took. weapons and consoles. I would ask my fleet but no one is ever on when i am now. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks all in advance.

    Got this engineer of mine in the 90K+ DPS reach in S13. The build does not let me down in pug as well as channel runs.
