Ignore list team blocking for Queuing

It was brought to my attention recently that all ignore does is prevent objectionable players from PMing you and hide their messages in general chat.
It still allows them to be teamed with you in gameplay via Queues.
Since the primary reason I add a player to ignore is that they've done something disreputable in a Queue I participated in, I want to avoid teaming with them again because they're going to do it again.
For example, the most recent case was a player who sabotaged the line tunnel puzzle in Binary Assault to give them reasons to PM insults to the rest of the team.
So I would recommend that when a player is being matched for a queue and it finds someone on your ignore list is also present, it finds you another group without the Rager/Troller on your ignore list.
It still allows them to be teamed with you in gameplay via Queues.
