PS4 - Y controller access and Chase Cam * losing players without it*

I'm an old STO pc player but New to the PS4, I am also disabled.
I'm shocked that there is no way to change the controller Y access (not can access but controller) and no Chase Cam is available.
(To clarify I need the ship to move up when the joystick is pressed up)
The access was the very first thing I had to change when I started Playing on the PC. I also personally know at least 5 people who quit because of frustration over the Y access. This is a MAJOR oversight and needs added asap. I myself quit after a day for the same reason however I have returned again recently hopping this horrible mistake was corrected but frustratingly it is not.
I even contacted support hoping there was maybe a /slash command or something but there seems to be no way to correct it.
Please add it ASAP
If I know 5 people who left out of frustration I am sure there are many more.
The Chase Cam was also very important to me. It made it easier with my disability to control.
Ground combat is still fun, but Space is a nightmare for me.
My PC is no more so there is no way for me to play except the PS4.
I should also point out i was in beta and launch of the PC version. Over the years I lost count of how much $ I sunk into the game. Your losing out in revenue too. I would have already spent $ but I'm not sure how long I can last without the Y access change.
