Why is it not possible to see full stats in the Xbox version?

In the Xbox version (I'm not entirely sure about the PC version, as I haven't played it in some time), your ship "Stats" tab contains only basic information about resists and regen rates. Nowhere does it display the values for all the stats referred to in the skill progression system, and on nearly every piece of gear in the game (ie. Drain Expertise, Control Expertise, etc.). Why is this? Am I missing something? How are you supposed to interpret all the stat bonuses listed everywhere if you can't see the actual effect on your character as you choose different skills or equip different gear?

In the PC version, if you scroll down to the bottom of that list of stats, you can expand the specific department stats. I would presume it's exactly the same on the Consoles

nope that doesn't exist on the console versions
