Looking to create a fleet. Federation. Need the other 4/5 players to set up. Obviously they don't need to stay in, they can drop out soon as created if they wish. Obviously welcome to stay too (my preference).
Yes I know there are lots already. Yes I know the resource requirements too
Been a member of a few and were either inactive, or was just a number, or mini dictatorship haha
