A question about the Kelvin timeline connie -

I have the T6 TOS connie.

The other day, I was commenting that I wished the refit connie model, (TMP), had a better skin and my friend told me that if I had the kelvin timeline ship, I could use it's skin on my T6 TOS connie.

Does anyone know if this is true?


I know I can use the TOS skin on my Kelvin connie on another character, I just wonder if the reverse works as well.

I hope this makes sense, I worked crazeeee hours this week and I haz the dumb, (so my wife says -

Pretty sure that your friend is wrong.

The KT Connie is unique and it's skin cannot be used elsewhere.

You can however use any of the other standard cruiser skins, the Ent-A, Exeter etc.

This resulted probably from a misunderstanding. The vengeance and the konnie unlock each other's hull material if you own both and both can also use all the fed materials, even the rather new type-0 which is otherwise exclusive to ships with TOS models.

Pretty much already answered, but I'll add some further clarity.

You CAN use the TOS skin on the Kelvin connie.

You CANNOT use the Kelvin skin on the TOS connie.
