Lighting is too bright in costume creator

This has been an issue since the lighting revamp, but the lighting in the costume creator screen is way too bright and it's therefore hard to tell how a costume will look in the actual game without having to place it and preview the map.

"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."

You mean... it's too bright in here? pig-2.gif

Yes, lighting is all over the place. Try to reduce "bloom intensity" in the options menu, someone pointed it out to me when I realized you couldn't look at the fleet starbase bar any more without eye strain. Reduced to around 10-15% it is almost reasonable and might help.
