Can't login into my other account

I'm trying to log into an account but my e-mail that was linked to it is no longer active. And it is asking me for a one-time code to sign in but I can't get it due to the e-mail not active anymore for that account. What do I have to do to be able to log into that account? I know this isn't the real spot to ask this but I didn't see an option to make a new discussion on the support tab.
