Icon to identify R&D Specialist DOFFs in Fleet Project Contribution Window

In the fleet project contribution window, it shows the names, specialization and even icons for the traits that the duty officers possess, but there is no easy way to recognize the R&D Specialists other than recognizing them from experience. Could we please have an icon that stands out to help quickly identify these special duty officers so they don't get contributed to fleet projects by accident?
Other suggestions would be to have a check box that when selected caused the "Select All" button to skip these, or to make the white quality R&D duty officers green quality and avoid this problem all together (since the addition of the R&D Specialty does make them better than other common quality duty officers).

We have asked for special Icons, highlighted names, or any other type of special identifier for these Doff's, just so we didn't have to click/scan a huge list of DOff's to keep from inadvertently throwing a RnD School Doff to a Fleet Project, or ANY OTHER Doff job for that matter, including the Exchange to try and buy a RnD Doff of any quality....
Needless to say, that was a pipe dream. It makes absolutely ZERO difference as to what Faction you are, RnD Doffs RARELY show at the top of the list when using the "Fleet Project Contribution" window, or even when just looking at your list of "Common" Doffs..
Any way, other folks will probably respond with .."Why Worry, it's only a common Doff; just go buy one from the exchange".. Well.. With in excess of 400 Doff's on the list.. It could take you quite a while to actually FIND a RnD School Doff on the exchange.
There are a couple of options.. and the one I used to use, was to bind the RnD School Doff. That way, the ONLY Bound Doffs would be the RnD School, mission/reward Doff's, or other Doffs you have slotted to Active Space/Ground.
But hey.. for a game/programming that can't keep any list in any specific order (i.e. Accolades), we the player do what we have to do to save sanity and improve our Quality of Life in-game... :O)
