Lobi Saboteur Space Set good/bad?

So noticed the 'saboteur' set in the lobi store. Anyone tried it? Some of it looks interesting. But the mines seem a drag on the set.

    Mines? The lobi set has a photon torpedo launcher but no mines. It's the Competitive PvE reputation that has a mine launcher in its space set.

    From the few minutes I tested it on Tribble, the torpedo isn't bad, but it's really just a photon torpedo with a 33% chance (100% in HY mode) to disable a system.

    The disruptor weapon looks really good, +10 to all subsystems and bonus to drain. Anyone tried it yet?
