Interface low fps

Dear all, dear devs,
I know that this has been already reported in the past but I am afraid that after the launce of season 13
the problem has become even worse. The interface is laggy, it is incredibly heavy and it decrease
the FPS in an unacceptable way. Consider that I am playing STO with a SLI nvidia system, when I open
the interface the FPS drop to 10 or less sometime.
Please give a look to this problem.

    I'd Love to add to this, I'd really really love to play this game BUT I can barely play for 35 mins before the fps drops then I start to get lagging sound, then straight up glitching sound to the point where my actual system has to be rebooted, please look into this problem I really miss being able to play this game for hours on end

    I am running into the same problem and my computer is running an i7 770 with 32gb of ram and an 8gb nivida... I have never had problems until today :(
