[BUG] Borg in Kerrat Oneshot kill !

Today is maintance on Holodeck so iam on Tribble

But in Kerrat all probes, spheres ,cubes are Oneshooted Down !
And ignore Any Players.

I've also witnessed this. The Borg ignore all threat unless fired upon, and are destroyed in one or two shots.

*Update: Equipment drops are at Mk I only, so it would seem that the zone is defaulting to Lieutenant level.
