K-13 Android Uniforms -Modify- Greyed-out TOS Starfleet

Even after unlocking the Tailor option on Space Station K-13 - the option to change the Android's and other characters outfits is/are still in-accessible.

This also goes for ZAR and Nelen Exil characters under the TOS Starfleet Banner, can't change thier uniforms either.

However, I could under the 2410-StarFleet Banner?

Is there anyway to overcome this limitation?

    None of my toons have ever been able to change Nelen Exil's costume as a Fed, KDF, Rom or TOS. I'm guessing ZAR is the name of your Jem'Hadar BOff? Same story with them, too.

    Oh, and the Android be BOff.

    All these seem to be by design.

    Wait, what? I'm confused. Are you saying there was a way through the K-13 tailor to unlock outfit options on boffs that were previously un-modifiable?

    It isn't. Nelen Exil isn't customizable at all. I have no idea what "ZAR" even is.

    It isn't. Nelen Exil isn't customizable at all. I have no idea what "ZAR" even is.

    I think he's referring to Mr Potato head aka the Hierarchy intelligence boff.
    He was orignally customisable, but that wasn't intended and they nerfed it into the deck.
    I need a beer.

    Hierarchy officers claimed before they flicked the customization switch off can still be customized though. Even if that officer is still in your inventory or candidate roster, he will still have the option.
