Duty Officer Cap increase with more DOFFs

I do DOFFing on a regular basis despite having reached/exceeded the XP cap for all fields.
Given that this means the DOFFing XP received is just going nowhere, I thought it would be appropriate to expand the level cap as follows:
Tier V granting access to Ultra Rare DOFFs at the Academy Vendor.
Tier VI granting access to Epic DOFFs at the Academy Vendor.
Tier V and VI of Tactical, Engineering and Medical unlocking purchase of the appropriate Emergency Hologram at UItra Rare and Epic qualities.
Granted, this does mean they'll have to design a lot of new doffs to accommodate for the expanded categories, but I think the effort would be justified.
And it would mean that DOFFing actually counts for something more then Dilithium Farming.
