Did you test the "High Yield" and "Normal" versions of the Temporal Disruption device?
Did you test the 2 piece set bonus "Prototype Plasma Projectile" from Romulan Reputation gear with the plasma and "High Yield" plasma projectiles (specifically the Romulan Hyperplasma and Omega torpedoes)? Did you try the set bonus and the trait bonus, with plasma projectiles (again, with Romulan Hyper and Omega torpedoes)?

Better late than never. In terms of the Railgun Damage healing instead of doing damage. And yeah copy+paste errors happen a lot. lol
Regardless of what we think the flight speeds should be, the flight speed increase appears to be tied to TPFS.
