New Boarding Party - Shuttles very slow and "Extra Shuttles" Flight Deck Officer not triggering.

After testing the mods to Boarding Party, I noticed that the shuttles were flying much slower than they were on Holodeck (About 0.1 Km/sec on Tribble compared to 0.5 Km/sec on Holodeck) though their turn rate is far greater. Furthermore, the Flight Deck Duty Officer that has a 40% chance to trigger extra shuttles did not do so throughout my entire testing phase of this new Boarding Party (About 20 uses of Boarding Party I and III).

I had always problems with the extra shuttles even with 3x Flight Deck Officers
- - "Chance to double the number of shuttles launched with Boarding Party"
- - - - seems to be a wrong statement

sometimes it spawns only 1 additional shuttle
sometimes 2
Somestimes it really doubles the amount


what is even worse is the Duty Officers which give them "Point Defense Weapons"
sometimes only 1 shuttle gets the weapon
sometimes 2 shuttles
sometimes 3 shuttles

[if you combine them ] [in very rare occations]
all 6 shuttles get the Point Defense Weapons
