What is the best space set rewards from Story Mission?

I'm having a hard time surviving with my Star Cruiser as lvl 60 right. What is the best set I should get from Story missions right now.
I see Jem Harder set and Solaenae set.

The Sol Defense Set is pretty tanky. It's in the Undine arc if I remember correctly.
The other easy to acquire is the Aegis. It's crafted though. Not too expensive on the Exchange. (Even better if you have a buddy that can make it for you.) And it's BoA, so you can pass it around to your other toons, if your main toon gets a better set.

The Solanae Set is from "A Step Between the Stars" in the Solanae Arc. The Undine Arc no longer exists.

The "Sol Defense Set" is from "Midnight" in the Iconian Arc.

I combine 2 Kobali with 2 Sol for the energy/kinetic resistance and the healing factor the Kobali set gives.
Warp/Singularity core Kobali, Shield from Sol - the other two are interchangable.

Solanae Hybrid Tech - A balance between offensive and defensive bonuses.
+ Pretty good for science captains since the deflector boosts exotic damage and increases the base hull capacity by 35
+ Impulse engine increases weapon and aux power by 3.8
+ The shield has over 9,000 capacity with high regeneration of almost 400.
+ Two piece set give you +3.6 shield power
+ Three piece set; your energy weapons has a 2.5% to heal your hull
- You cannot get the 4th set piece; Overcharged Warp Core; since it is from the 2014 Anniversary Ship... unless you purchase it from the Lobi Store.
