Got a question about the build i'm doing. (Console)

I am using the Intel Vengeance Dreadnought Ship, and running full Anti-proton beam array and the two piece Borg set (Kinetic cutting beam and assimilated Module). My question is should I get Tactical Vulnerability Console for Anti-proton or for the beams? If I get the Beam console, my kinetic beam would be on par with my anti-proton beams. But I would take an overall 4% (I think that is right) decrease to 7 weapons. If I get the Anti-proton console, my anti-protons would get a increase in damage while my kinetic beam wouldn't get any benefit. I would test it my self, but being on console makes it difficult to test damage out effectively. Thank you for your time and help.

    [Beam] Locators don't affect the Kinetic Cutting Beam's damage.

    Nothing affects the KCB. It is not treated as a beam or turret. BFAW, BO, CSV, CRF do nothing for it either.

    Get AP vuln locators.

    Thanks for the help. I knew bridge officer abilities didn't affect it. But I did think beam Console did. So again thanks for clarifying.
