Transporter Effects Crew customization and More

One of the Best parts about MMO is the customization of your characters and Starships and Star Trek Online is no different from any MMO but it has couple of things that Cryptic did not even consider to put in Resonator Array (Transporter Effects) I would like to see differint once that we seen in Star Trek series
and movies also the crew as well we have only Bridge officers can be customize but what about the crew-members that are on the ship roaming the hall ways I would like to see a special customization for them as well a simple one that will allow us to up them in TOS TNG DS9 Movie Uniforms that sort of thing

I'd like to see transporter effects customizable, preferably with an item equipped on your ship. Each ship should come with an transporter item matching it's technology (so for example the TOS Constitution would come with a TOS transporter) and special ones could be sold in the C-store or given as event rewards (Q flash from winter event, anyone?).
