Does Xbox have the same Temporal Agent account wide rewards PC had?

My temporal agent on Xbox has a temporal device but it doesn't do anything and I haven't seen any of the special objectives in any missions or the rewards you got as you leveled on PC. Am I missing something or did they not do the rewards on console and if so what is the point of having the temporal device in my inventory?

    Last time I heard the Temporal Rewards are currently not enabled yet. It is a known issue that Cryptic is aware of. I assume the rewards will be the same on the consoles as they are for the PC.

    Most of the rewards will be bound to character while there will be several account wide rewards.
