How do i make a Reman character?

    finish rom rep on any charcter or pay a few dollars. then select reman when you roll your next romulan republic character and enjoy your new character.

    If its still in the box you can, if your kdf opened the ship it theirs forever.

    But those Tal Shiar adapted ships are cross faction and anyone can use them.

    I opened one of the new lock box ships with my klingon kdf character. Its a romulan ship and i was wondering if i could use it on a new RRW character if i made one?
