Kits & Modules School - Finding the right Doff

In the new kits and modules school you require the special doffs to craft the better items at level 15 like the other schools required. The patch notes say that these doffs can be found at K-13 and research lab, but unless I'm missing something you can't easily tell which doffs have this kits and modules skill. Does anyone know the names of the doffs needed or how to identify which has what skill before I buy? Thanks.

I have only *K-13* *Fed* info right now;
Faach (recommended)/Jec/Ezev. Those are LAST on their lists.

Research lab doffs seem random to me and are no longer the ideal way, now that you can know you could chose specifically the K-13 ones.
