So, balance changes are actually nerf everything on ground for some reason. Way to balance...
Seriously, wtf? ground is more balanced than space and you nerf everything to make gameplay slower for some reason.

Unfortunately this is Cryptic for you...every time they say they will balance things they never do...maybe this is why they canned Trendy...because she refused to twist such a horrible nerf to Sci/Eng as so called *balance* which only widens the gap.

[*] The following Bridge Officer Powers now have clearer descriptions:
    • Tractor Beam Repulsors
    • Attack Pattern Delta
    • Jam Sensors
    • Photonic Shockwave
    • Tyken's Rift
    • Photonic Shockwave
    • Extend Shields
    • Gravity Well
    • Feedback Pulse

So I checked out some of these. I really like Feedback pulse being listed as a %...I had soo many arguments with other editors due to it not being listed as a %. I was Glad to see this also translated the same on the Deflector Officer "Stor" (Pol Hull Doff)..Im just saddened it does not scale with aux or EPG..

Tractor Beams...So...I feel like the damage being listed as an 234.7 Kinetic damage x25 (148.4) DPS is still confusing as TBR,SSV,DRB and other abilities will list the kinetic damage they deal per sec. Which is a bit easier to understand and the DPS part has been removed from some of these abilities in Tribble.

Comparing abilities Same ship, power levels, gear, traits, epg points.. ect Holodeck vs Tribble...Tribles EPG damage abilities seem to be 5% -10% lower depending on ability (could just be me tho..). Didn't see any Changes in Drain or Control..LOVE the new addition to GW stating the size of the anomaly!

Perhaps, but they may wait until they get the results from the 'Arena of Sompek' Weekend Event to focus their 'balance' on. Won't be pretty.
'But to be logical is not to be right', and 'nothing' on God's earth could ever 'make it' right!'

l really don't know what l'm about to say, except l have a feeling about it.
That l must repeat the words that come without my knowledge.'

I'm worried that making fabrications unable to buff or heal other fabrications will result in engineers being even more underpowered than they already are. Please consider a serious buff to base fabrication survivability, as is these are being near instantly destroyed almost as they are placed.

you must be kidding me? engineers underpowered? in for example the defera hards missions, a decent engineer can do 75% of the missions solo, while the rest gets a cup of coffee. Both engineers and science can heal them selves, a skill a tactical hasn't got.
I personally have all 3 professions, in diverse layouts to diverse playing styles. imho, no class is udnerpowered, just has different benefits
Finally, T6 Fleet sovy! My life is complete!

Thank you for looking at this.

I will likely edit how Tractor Beam displays its damage in the future, but was interested in what other players thought of that before doing so. There are no functional changes to the abilities you mentioned on Tribble - I believe what you are seeing is the result of not having the Fleet Combat Buff active on Tribble.

it's the fabrications such as generators which are underpowered, an engineer which does not use them wouldn't understand the issue.

Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.
He is my answer to cryptic logic, he is the Defender of my Romulan Crew.
He is Tovan Khev... and he shall know no fear."

@crypticspartan Yup..Fleet combat buff. That was it..I knew I missed something..
Thankyou for taking a look at Tractor beam. I imagine it (Tractor Beam) not used as often as say..a Doffed Tractor beam Repulsor.

Be nice if the Daemosh Starship Trait worked on TBR, at least in the Pull Mode.
