Not particularly, but I wonder if that isn't kinda the point. They fill out the world, and if someone notices them, great! They belong to the setting without drawing too much undue attention to themselves. Think of the cantina scene from that 'other' Star franchise; now if big, fire-breathing troll-like dudes had shown up in that, it'd probably be more than a little weird.
What are your thoughts of this symphonic score?
Sounds fine, I could totally see that music playing while the Discovery is whooshing across the screen...or maybe the brontosauruses are walking through Jurassic Park or something. A lot of those orchestral pieces sound similar to me.
