Can the Constitution interior applied to that ship? AFAIK usually LB ship are bridge tied, but since its a TOS Starfleet ship... would be a waste if its not possible IMO.

Yep! If you have the Constitution Interior purchased you can apply it to the Prototype Dreadnought Cruiser.
