So you want a saucer full of civilians and children risking their lives just to barely help out? If you ask me, this bug is what the saucer should be doing in the first place!
I'll be checking to see if the Sheshar's assault craft is more well behaved tomorrow. It seemed to be working the few times I've played that captain recently, but I feel like there's been a few times it hangs around but stops shooting.
Maybe someone will chime in with a report on the Hestia and its multi-vector attack.
Hestia and its multi-vector attack is still broken as of 9/2/17. The pets stay around for about 15 seconds then warp off for lunch. This was tested in the new battlezone as of this morning.
At this point maybe they should just convert all console pets to behave like hangar pets instead, would be nice to have the extra control over them anyway

Hangar pets aren't controllable when they've been bugged since forever, and the multiple attempts to fix them have failed. I do like the idea of being able to control them more or even choose to fly different ones, but not if that means they'll never rejoin into one ship on command, vanish when going too fast, dive into the biggest warp core breaches nearby, or otherwise not follow your ship as well as say the MVAM back when it used to work. Cool idea, but I'd rather them someday managing to track the bug and fix it for all.
Yeah tested my Elachi Sheshar right after the patch in ISA and it did ZERO damage in combat... also flys off right outside ESD... gotta put this in as a bug again.
Yeah, problem persist... i'm starting to think they will never get it fixed..
like the cloaking device but of course its "working as intended" and i expect that to happen with the sep bug eventually they will give a lame reason why its like that and "working as intended".
I'm having the same problem with the Aeroshuttle. I've never seen it after launching it until I call it back.

That patch went through this evening actually, no patch tomorrow morning, look at the date/time listed
Usually they post the patch notes on wednesday night and do the patching on thursday morning

Hahaha! Not laughing at you, of course, but I soooooo saw this coming when I read the thread title!
Does anyone at Cryptic ever bother to jump into a ship and actually, you know, *test* their alleged fixes?! Or is it all just lip service!?
And, FFS, fix the warp in/out bug in battle too!
