Loading Screen Frozen - Unplayable

Almost every time I change maps the loading screen freezes. I have to constantly close the game and log back in. What is the problem??? It usually happens when I leave an stf but never when I enter one. It also takes forever to load certain maps, whereas before it only took a few seconds. This has only been going on recently, especially since they told us to switch to Direct 3D 11. It never happened before.

I'm running a brand new Acer Predator so my machine can handle the game but is anyone else having this problem?

Try this..

Run the launcher and click on Options at the top.

Uncheck the box that says 'On Demand Patching.'

Once you do this, you'll probably have to do a fairly sizable update as the game will download all the maps onto your system instead of requesting them from the server when you change zones. This can often times help with problems in transitioning from one zone to another.
