NX-Refit T6 Registry

If I had one little bit of feedback on the NX-Refit ship, it'd be to have its registry number be able to be as low as the T1 NX-class. Those can be from 3 and up, so you could have NX-03 if you wanted in the T1.

NX-Refit T6 registries start at 100, presently. Not sure if that was intended?

    Pretty sure it's intentional since regular ships have to use at least 4 digits.

    Well, in Cryptic's logic the NX refit is a 23rd century ship - in other words, it's an upgrade to remaining NX hulls some 50 years after they entered service. So it makes sense they'd have 23rd century registry.
