How do I start playing a Foundry mission (BOff, ground mission)?

I know it might seem to be a dumb question to most of you. I haven't played the game for awhile and I was trying to get my self readjusted to all the changes by doing some Foundry missions. This guy Seethastar or something like that created all kinds of BOff missions where you go in and fight mobs of all the different species. I remember last time I did these missions, I had to "click" on a datapad, or a rock, or a door to a holodeck somewhere to initiate the missions... What do I click on to start the missions? The description doesn't list what to do. And the DEVS have changed ESD since the last time I was there.... Any help would be greatly appreciated. And thanks.

Ideally, the author should have repeated the mission start location in the mission description. Check your mission journal again. If it's really not there, then you may have to drop and reacquire the mission. The starting location may have only been provided in the intro briefing (which isn't advisable but some authors will do it anyway). If the author has not provided any details on how to start the mission, then you (realistically) won't be able to play it.

Keep in mind, there is no universal start location for all Foundry missions. Authors specify what "door" their missions use. That may be an item ESD or another social map, or it may a star system in the sector block. Pay careful attention to any directions.

If you need more help, it would be useful to know the name of the mission you're trying to play. That way I/whoever else happens by this thread can give you a specific answer on how to access that mission.
