Just checking ship giveaway is unlock across entire account

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Just want to make sure, once character claim the free ship today, then it is unlocked forever including for toons not yet eligible (i.e. lvl 20) always want to make sure for something valuable.

    What if you no character on your account is high enough to claim the ship (say they all are under lvl 30)??

    The store doesn't normally allow you to claim something before the appropriate level, so you'd need to level up really fast and hope you get there in time. Ones that come packed into a box (like Romulan ships) usually are the exception.

    I can't double check if I'm remembering correctly, since all my characters have been Lv.50+ for a while.

    No, you have to have toons the meet the requirements to claim it initially and then it's available account wide. No different than if you were buying them. i.e. they've simply set the price to 0.

    Best way to speed level is find a player at max evel who would be willing to speed run a few missions with you

    Nah, won't lose loose sleep. Just had an account I created a while back where the toons are sitting in coach section with no meal or drink and figured if they ever were needed they would have a decent tier 5 ship. Guess they stay in coach then.
