Hello,
I don't know for you, but sometime I rage when I am doing an event, and the PNJ message hide my skills wheel...
Most of the time, I spent time searching my skills because a NPJ message is hiding them (Borg disconnected is the worst)
The skills wheels should always be on top of everything, and not hidden by boring messages ...
