Is there a way to raise the power level of Level 14 gold ground and space weapons?

Can it be done or do we just accept what power it gives at gold? Just curious.

Consoles, space sets, skills, traits, weapon power setting.

Or wait until Cryptic release Tier 7 starships and raise the max mark level to Mk XVI. Maybe in 2019...
