Since day one of Foundry missions, most quests have bad graphic issues. Large blue, white and red blotches that make it impossible to see and move around. Does anyone else have this problem and if so, can anything be done about it. I posted a report to costumer support and all they said is I need to post the problem here. So......
We've dubbed this bug "the Lights of Zetar." It's a problem specifically associated with STO's new lighting system which was introduced in the last big update ("Artifacts"). There is a fix on the tribble test server at the moment but that hasn't been pushed through yet to the live game. So, just sit tight, this will hopefully be resolved in the near future (ie. with the Season 12 update, assuming no foundry downtime).
In the meantime, go into your graphics settings and disable Lighting 2.0 when playing Foundry missions, or at least whenever you see the blinding bloom effect.
