Bug with new T6 Elachi S'ateth Escort and Elachi Lobi weapons

I picked up the new T6 Elachi escort and right after I discovered a bug with the impulse engine visuals I also found a bug with the 3-piece set bonus from the Elachi weapons/console set from the Lobi store.
The 3-piece set bonus creates three "Haywire" charges that deal disruptor damage to enemies that attack you. If you use this 3-piece set on any Elachi ship then the 3-piece set bonus is supposed to give you SIX of the haywire charges instead of three.
Unfortunately, the new Elachi S'ateth Escort only gets 3 haywire charges instead of 6.
If a dev reads this, please fix this bug. I spent a lot of hard-earned cash on the Zen and keys to get this ship ... I'd greatly appreciate a fix.
