Looking for European roleplay fleet or other options

I'm looking for a UK/European roleplaying fleet.
Well, specifically, what I'm looking for is, is there anywhere I have a better chance of finding something going on, during UK evening playing times, than, say, at DS9 or Starbase 381? I quite often do find a few people at Starbase 381, but it seems as if they're just making conversation and actually doing anything is saved for when the Americans arrive! So is there a fleet that's in the habit of having things happen during European hours, rather than the European players only hearing about the night's events afterwards and all that's left for them is to talk it over? Or am I misjudging 381 or DS9 and, if so, how should I proceed if I want to get something better out of them?
