Did they remove it from the game? I'm lvl 8 now with a new toon, and it isn't showing up anywhere. According to stowiki it should be available at lvl 4.

    just visited K7 with my level 4 toon and it does look like the mission has been removed as Makza & Calhoun did not give me any thing.

    I just reached lvl 10, and it showed up under "available". Seems like they moved it there.
