Do romulan shave duty officer?

My character hit level 11, but there was no duty officer.

Apparently, Romulans DO shave Duty Officers, (and Bridge Officers, and Captains), as none of them have facial hair! I guess there is a uniform regulation, after all!

Seriously though, yes, we can have Duty Officers, There's a console in NRC where you can request free ones every couple of days, and you can "double dip" at your allied academy, if you're anxious to let alien scum aboard, too.

I don't remember what levels we get our officers at (my Roms have both been at level 60 for quite some time now). Perhaps you've hit a bug, and your starting DOFF pack will arrive later. That happened to my AoY character.

There is a post dealing with Romulan duty officers already. In a nutshell, some people, including myself, don't get their initial cadre until well after level 11, although most, or all, do eventually receive them. There is no rhyme nor reason as to exactly when they finally arrive, but they do eventually arrive.

Although I could have sworn that a semi-recent patch actually listed that bug and said it was fixed......
