Hi! how do I upgrade my reputation?

hello fellow Trekkies! I'm doing the reputation missions -Delta quadrant. I've completed the first tier and I have the subsequent ground abilities.

I have the 2nd tier 'completed' it says upgrade available but I don't see where to do it? I have two 500 delta marks missions available for-a ground and space purple items respectively- but not the one that allowed me to 'complete' the tier one part. Do I have to complete one of these in order for that mission to get to the next reputation level to appear?

Should be a project in the upgrade track (bottom of the three rep project rows) to Claim Tier 2 Reputation which will unlock the tier 2 reps (should be in the same place that the Claim tier 1 project was). While the upgrade project is available, the rep XP missions should be locked out, so other than gear projects this should be pretty much the only project available for you.

Once unlocked, the traits will be available to slot in your characters space traits slots, similar to the ground traits.
