My Romulan scientist needs a good T6 ship. Cant wait for the flagships to come to console, That Flambard Science Dreadnought would be perfect. Looks awesome to boot. The T6 Kara is good but it lacks science build capabilities and is more towards a tactical/tank type build. But its the best I can do till the console version releases them. You PC players are lucky you have the option to get it XP.

IIRC, the Malem is already available on consoles. I'd recommend that one if you want do a bit more with Science powers. A bit fragile perhaps, but very mobile, has a decent bridge officer layout, and enhanced battle cloak. If you ever intend to use cannons (though beams are usually recommended), it also has a kick-TRIBBLE trait for that.

The Jhu'ael might also not be bad for the purposes of science focused builds.

The Science Dreadnaught is not better at science than any of the aforementioned ones. But it is certainly one of the most powerful ships. The Tier 5(U) Dreadnaught used to be one of the top DPS ships even after the Tier 6 introduction.
