Romulan flamethrower and temp rep modular momentum power interaction query

Asked about but nobody knows - does Modular momentum refill the rommy flamers plasma tank in the same manner deadly intent does? I use the rommy flamer and if it does, it'd make for quite useful ability for my flamer user and plasma pool weapon users​​
