Help me find a great Jupiter class ship build?

Can someone help me find out what build I need for flying my Jupiter? I want to drain enemies and do exotic damage plus high dps. Or one of the best Jupiter builds? I have antiproton beams and the kinetic omni beam. Should I get the temporal reputation beams? What gear, bridge officer skills, boffs do I need? Can someone share their build?
