Upgading ship on Xbox

So I bought an upgrade from the C-store to use on one my my T5 ships. I have 4 of them. It says right in the description to talk to a selector to upgrade but I can't figure it out. There's no button to activate it. What am I missing guys?

1) You bought the upgrades with zen - a huge mistake;
2) You still own a T5 ship;
3) Never believe to the description and/or tooltips, it's a lie and QA team doesn't care for most of it;
4) Mirror ships and other junk can't be upgraded to T5U, specify yours.

Only certain ships can be upgraded to T5U. It doesn't make that very clear in game.If your T5 ship is one that you get given for levelling up then it can't be upgraded.

I can't speak for pc, on xbox when you go to your ship, press right trigger, you'll come to a screen with an "upgrade" button.

Be advised, not all t5 ships can be upgraded. If there isn't a button, it can't be.

Tbh, I personally don't see the point in upgrading a t5. The t6 had the 5th trait that is attached to the character and be taken to any ship being used. T5's don't have this, so unless there's a t5 a person really really likes and there isn't a t6 variant, there's no point in upgrading.

Ah I figured it out. Thanks for letting me know. None of them were apparently eligible.
